What we do

Pot trials and field trials, run properly.

AgProve is a contract trial company. Agrochemical, biostimulant and fertiliser suppliers, seed companies and growers bring us a product and a question; we design the trial, run it, and hand back the evidence.

Our own staff do the work — the layout, the applications, the assessments — so the data comes from people who were standing in front of the plants, not from a form filled in afterwards.

  • Pot trials

    Replicated pot trials under netting, where the conditions are held steady and your treatment is the only thing that changes.

  • Field trials

    Full field trials in open ground, laid out to the protocol — on our sites in the Western Cape or on the grower's own land.

  • Applications and assessments

    Our field team carries out every application on schedule and takes the readings themselves, plant by plant, to the protocol.

  • Results you can defend

    Every reading is tied to a plant, a date and the person who took it, and comes back to you ready for your agronomists and registrars.
